  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Keep an eye on your inbox and your spam folder too. You can search for “Calm & Co.” to make sure you don’t miss it!

Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days (varies by location).

  • Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high-demand seasons.

Tracking

  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after your order ships.

  • If your tracking hasn’t updated after 7 days, please contact us.

Address Changes

  • Please double check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Address changes can only be made before your order ships.

  • Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Calm & Co. is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received.

  • Please reach out to the carrier directly, though we’ll do our best to assist.

Shipping Protection

  • For peace of mind, we offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout.

  • This ensures free reshipment if your order is lost or damaged during transit.
